There were many on-property dining options, The Ocean Terrace being the quintessential venue. Terrific menu, delicious food. The staff is incredibly well trained and friendly. The beach is terrific, especially at lower tides, chairs and umbrellas available. Pickle ball courts and golf were fun.

Ocean Edge resort two bedroom and two bathroom condo., hotel in Brewster

Featuring a garden, Ocean Edge resort two bedroom and two bathroom condo. Provides accommodations in Brewster. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.

Condo has a great location on a beautiful golf course. The neighborhood in the area is very quiet and peaceful. It was close to everything. The landscaping around the unit was very pretty nice to look at. This is an end unit, so there was some more privacy. Because of that, which was very nice. This unit was very basic and minimally appointed. It had all the basic things you needed, although it would be great if there was a blender. Also, the master bedroom was big enough but didn't really have appropriate shelves or drawers to put your clothes. The windows had blinds but they did not prevent light from coming in the room. It really needed to have some type of curtains or drapes to cover the windows to have the light blocked at night. Curtains would also have made the room feel more cozy and comfortable. Also, these sheets were microfiber sheets which are kind of uncomfortable I prefer and expected to have cotton sheets One of the Cons of the place was that I did notice that it wasn't cleaned that well. The floor had been washed, but you could still feel sand everywhere. The kitchen waste basket was also covered with debris and some trash at the bottom and appeared to have never been cleaned. There was also no extra kitchen garbage bags to use which was a problem. The unit conveniently had a washer and dryer However the dryer always displayed a "clean the lint vent" light. And even after it was cleaned, the light never turned off. I noticed that when I took the lint screen out the bottom cavity was filled with beach sand that obviously had never been removed. There was also some sand in the washing machine. Although the neighborhood was very quiet, there was a family with young children staying directly above us and It was quite noisy and annoying when the children were running around, which seemed to be all the time. There probably wasn't much insulation used.

Because we visited in January we didn't do much outdoors, though we managed to get in some beach walking, and took a side trip to P'town, which was pretty much a ghost town, but we did have a terrific lunch at a restaurant(Napi's, worth seeing) in the heart of town. Can't honestly "review" Brewster itself, due to cold weather, and closure of businesses etc.. We spent much of our outdoor time , exploring by car, in and through other nearby communities.

Nice little town central to the entire cape, with great restaurants and coffee shops. Some great take out restaurants. Ate at Sir Crickets, for seafood. Large portions, delicious, moderately priced Visited a few of the beaches, uncrossed, great for kids.

Brewster is a lovely town full of things to do and very convenient to several fun places to go. We have been going to Brewster for over 20 years from camping to staying at hotels. Its a great place for families and has lots of options for food and lodging But I would avoid the Oceans Edge properties.

We were after a location that wasn’t too far from Boston and allowed access to the Cape- Brewster was great and the Couples Nest was a lovely, well appointed condo for 2. Communication & directions from hosts was prompt, clear & helpful.

Beautiful location. Our suite was 2 miles from the main hotel area on the golf course. The beach is beautiful but not near the golf course rooms.
