Friendly attendant, very clean, and Great room for the price; everything worked just fine! I am handicapped and the kind attendant helped me with the portable "bellhop"

We loved our dog friendly room. It’s not far from home but still feels like a vacation spot. Our dog loves the grounds and was so happy and excited.

Very inpersonal staff. Not all the staff, but, one in particular. I noticed that it wasn't just with me but this staff member did the same thing to other guests. The staffer would give short answers without ever looking at the guests asking the questions. For example, I asked the staffer if there were laundry machines I could use. The staffer, all the while looking at her phone, simply said no. Never once, engaging in eye contact. Just, no. Never stopped engaging in her phone. And, I noticed she did that to other guests. Very rude. She was about 5' 7'' dark tan and several tattoos. I won't be staying there ever again. There was one staffer that stood out that was very nice. She whore glasses is all I know but she was very polite and made guests feel welcomed at the hotel.

The drive was easy in August, but easy to imagine that it could be harder in winter weather. Most of the area is hilly countryside. Be prepared for two-lane road driving with twists and turns. Very pretty area overall.

The ease of checking in and the cleanliness of the rooms is a great plus at any Fairfield Inn . I love the beds and I always, always sleep comfortably. My husband and I have started getting the King size bed instead of two queens and find it ample enough to be luxurious. The new shower stalls are beautifully designed and this one had a massage shower head that was divine. I feel like we get a great deal whenever, and wherever we stay in a Fairfield Inn.

Me and my family loved our stay at bear creek mountain resort. My kids love the pools and the hot tubs and the kids playground and the walking trails and at night they like to sit by the fire pit and make smores.

The town was very secluded.
The town was very secluded. There were not many stores or other places to go near the resort. The resort did provide restaurants to eat but the food was pretty pricey. Overall a great family friendly hotel with pools and access to the slopes at a walking distance. Our stay was too short.
I am definitely coming back! The views are breathtaking the staff is welcoming and answers any questions you have. The hotel has so many free activities such as paddle boarding with amazing views I loved each moment there!!
