I very much enjoy visiting Branson, so much to do.

I very much enjoy visiting Branson, so much to do. My favorite is Silver Dollar City and the Landing. I did eat at Golden Corral, which I enjoyed. Food was hot and fresh, tasty and the waitress was very friendly. Branson was easy to get around, knowing the back roads for me is a plus because I can avoid the traffic on the main strip.

So much to do. Many great shows and restaurants.

So much to do. Many great shows and restaurants. Beautiful scenery. The strip is busy all day but easy to navigate the other routes to avoid traffic. The history of Shepherd of the Hills to Silver Dollar City, to the Presley's and Haygoods, and Branson Landing. Sights and sounds, laughter and just feel good moments. That's Branson.

The lights in Silver Dollar City were breath taking.

The lights in Silver Dollar City were breath taking. We ate at one of our favorite places, Rocco's which is an awesome place to eat if you like pizza/italian food. One of our favorite things to do is mini golf and the courses are abundant in Branson. Look for coupons for that activity! Coral Reef minigolf is one of our favorites and inside also. Also did Retromania which offered a lot for the money-Escape rooms, a small mini golf venue, that was inside. Lots of arcade games, a haunted house, and other things. We also did a little shopping at Tanger Outlet and at the Landing. Found a few bargains and ate at Guy Fiere restaurant, the wish of one of our grandsons. Not cheap, but the food was awesome.

The Purple Bleeding is our ticket solution for shows & attractions. Shopping is the best for all your Christmas needs. The restaurants are the very best! We see Christmas Wonderland every year, this group does it all, their performances are always top of the line. Another must is A Trail of Lights at Shepard of the Hills.

In December there are many CHristmas lights. Beautiful.

In December there are many CHristmas lights. Beautiful. The weather was in the 50s during the day. Very nice and crisp weather. Not too cold at night, ranging from 34-44 degrees F. We drove around to get acquainted with what was available for activities. There’s a lot to see and do. We ate brunch on Main St at the Farmhouse Restaurant. We don’t recommend it. The country potatoes were stale, the biscuit fell apart ( a bit dry) before we could put butter and jelly on it. Juice is served in a regular water glass not a juice glass. The omlete was flat not light and fluffy as one would expect. The wait was about 35 minutes. Across the street is a wonderful ice cream parlor. It is AMAZING! We had an incredible dinner at The Level located on the second floor of the Hilton Hotel. WORTH EVERY PENNY! From the steak, salad, union rings and service. I wish I had room for dessert. Highly recommend the splurge. BON APPETIT! Next morning continental breakfast at a lovely Bakery, The Pie Safe, on Commercial Street next to the public parking lot. The baked goods are AMAZING. Our favorite are the scones and muffins. We purchased two beautiful coffee mugs for our college age grand daughters. Next visit will be the Sugar Leaf Bakery Cafe and Espresso for Brunch. We had to head for home by noon. But we WILL BE BACK!! Now I shall mention that we are between 77 and 83 years young. We haven't slowed too much. Even tough we feel spry, we wouldn’t be hiking with an elevation gain of 1500 in four miles. lol. There are many wonderful fun adventure things to do with children and for youngsters under 70. Have a great time when you reach BRANSON, MO. In the heart of the OZARKS.

I loved the location of thousand hill resort hotel! It was close to Tanger mall, walmart, aquarium, and lots more! The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The bathroom was small but we didn't spend much time in room, so that didn't bother us. Room was clean and tidy. Anything I asked of front desk we received very quickly. Overall, great hotel!

Best sleep ever with pillow top beds. My husband and grandsons loved the breakfast . The food was hot and they never ran out. The boys loved the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again. Having the kids stay free was great. Even though it is an older hotel the rooms had been renovated so all good.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best that we've ever had at any hotel. I wish the pool was bigger and maybe heated too😊 but the free ice cream and cookies made up for that.
