The lobby was nice and clean. Smelled very good when you walk in. No complaints or anything that just stood out BESIDES there was a dirty rag left hanging in our shower that was NOT ours and missed by housekeeping.

Located just off fairly busy road but reasonably well screened by trees so minimsing noise. Very clean and comfortable room. All expected facilities. Reason for stay was to travel to downtown jackson and then airport and was ideally located for both.if all motels in this chain and with this branding we're like this one then I am certain ratings for entire group would be massively improved. Finally was great value to the extent you would maybe have tolerated lesser standards but not necessary. Stayed in worse that cost more

Staff was fine , the hot water in the shower was tepid , no parking , boxes of parts everywhere, curtains did block out bright lights outside the room difficult to get to off freeway, the grounds had tons of equipment every where , made for an unpleasant stay

The hotel was newly remodeled. The room was nice, and very clean. Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. Free breakfast in the lobby was nice (sausage croissants, honey buns, Twinkies, sunny d, and coffee). We were in town for a wedding at The Vault. This hotel was really close to the venue and we had a good stay.
Clay, CJ and Chanta were amazing!! With no water at the hotel and being the ONLY guest for 3 nights, those 3 went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! Had to add an extra day to our stay and they were very accommodating!!
The house was great!! So clean and comfortable!! The owners had a welcome gift for us. I highly recommend this house if you are planning on maki g a trip around the Brandon area
