Unhealthy air inside room due to carpet. Get rid of carpets ! Breakfast was ridiculous!!! For a place that should be great, and for which we paid nearly $400 for 1 night, it felt like a 2 * hotel.

Our 2nd time to stay. We liked the variety of food for breakfast. The room size was fine with a small fridge and microwave. The king-size bed was comfortable with enough pillows I needed. Hot water and water pressure were plenty. There were plenty of outlets and USB connectors. Staff was friendly and helpful/attentive when I asked for more fried potatoes. We were happy and satisfied with our stay more this time.

Fun little town. It was just a stop over on a long road trip and didn't have any time to explore. I definitely plan on coming back - the 395 is my favorite CA highway!
Check out Fossil Falls, Manzanar, and, if you like creepy, Randsburg (all south of Bishop).
Schats Roadhouse has AWESOME burgers!

Only good sized town in Owens Valley.
Only good sized town in Owens Valley. Came in late afternoon Saturday with sidewalk rolled up. Many businesses closed Sunday, or open after we had to leave town. More affordable than other OV towns. Western Film museum great if you like old westerns.

I visit Bishop once or twice every year. So much to see around- Big pine for 7 lakes hike, Inyo National Park, Mono lake, mammoth lake not far, time after Whitney hike, on way to Lake Tahoe and just to hang out in Bishop. Great to visit in summer and fall. Fall colors are amazing. Erick Schat’s bakery not to be missed.

Used this place as a layover between Yosemite and Death Valley. Arrived late and checked in. made use of the onsite laundry (extra charge but cheap - need quarters) and grabbed some food from Taco Bell over the road. Pool looked good and open late. Beds really comfy...Aircon as usual in these places, quite noisy, but slept well.
Nice hotel with a convenient location. Room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was standard for the U.S. Parking in the territory.
