The location was excellent, and the breakfast was nice to have first thing in the morning.

The breakfast buffet was decent but definitely could be improved upon. The eggs were good with the salsa & cheese offered to top them. I loved that the breakfast buffet was open until 10:00 so you could sleep in longer. The potatoes were usually hard and stale. The gravy for the biscuits was like flour & water tossed together, not real sausage gravy. The sausage patties had sharp gristle in them. The breakfast buffet wasn't consistently kept fresh for guests.
The hotel location was amazing, the rooms were very nice with amazing views. The beds were very comfortable!
The evening social was one of the best parts of the day. Loved the charcuterie meats and cheeses and vegetables and dip. The glasses of wine were very tasty!

I knew there was Some construction on the pool area.I didn't realize it was the whole thing
The information on construction was not very well Communicated.to guests. The front desk didn't mention anything about it, either. Don't think I should have paid what I paid knowing I don't think I should have paid what I paid Not knowing I couldn't use the full pool area
Serving a daily complimentary hot breakfast, this Frankenmuth, Michigan hotel is just 1.9 mi from Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland. Free WiFi access is available in each guest room.
Simply a nice area to stay. Close to Frankenmuth and Bronner's Christmas store. Nice outlet mall in Birch Run. Don't miss out on breakfast at Tony's. There are a lot of restaurants between Birch Run and Frankenmuth. Goal Post Pizza is the best. Right now they do not have dine-in but there is a very nice gazebo in front of the restaurant with a table and you can watch all of the locals going past. When in Frankenmuth take a break at Dead Creek Saloon just south of town on M-83. My wife and I had a great time. Remember, It is all what you make it. I say, "Make it a good time with great memories." There is a little road construction on the road to Birch Run and the outlet mall but it moves well. Have patients and enjoy.

This hotel is clean and well-appointed with easy access to elevators and a well-lit parking lot. When I closed the black-out window shades the room was dark and quiet, an invitation to a perfect sleep. The bed was comfortable. They use great linens and offer several choices of pillows to make sure you get the firmness you want. Great place to stay!

The location was great for our visit to Frankenmuth.
The location was great for our visit to Frankenmuth. If your expectations are low to average then this will meet your needs. I would recommend not getting hopes up if your looking to relax in a comfortable hot tub or refreshing dip in the pool. If you require a hand held shower head, and a walk in shower this will not meet your needs.

Fridge and Microwave nice for leftover Frankenmuth chicken (and food from Meijer's store within walking distance),
Hot tub decent/no pool.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Clean facility.
Great breakfast and friendly staff. Clean facility. Beds were comfortable but way too high. A step stool is necessary for anyone that was not tall. Toilet was too low. Extremely low. It is close to Frankenmueth for shopping and restaurants.
Patty at the front desk was amazing! The place is very clean and you cannot beat the location for Frankenmuth or any of the outlet malls. We have stayed in plenty of hotels as a family, some much more expensive but was pleasantly surprised at how large this room was. The largest we have ever had that wasn’t a suite. Was great for the kids to play. Staff was friendly. The pool looked nice although we didn’t use. Overall great stay!
As the hotel was behind the Best Western, we were thrilled to be able to use their lobby, get coffee and a lovely breakfast. The staff was very accommodating when we had some issues with WIFI and we got a lovely room change.
The manager at the desk was very nice and very attentive. She made sure to lets us know all the amenities the hotel had and made us feel like we part of the family. The breakfast was good and the area was clean.
