It's right on the beach which is a really great location period of the Wi-fi was reliable the entire time which really helped since I had some remote work to do there. it booked it for a week, and it was really spacious, had all the facilities they might need to cook, make coffee, and store some refrigerables. It really gave you everything you needed for a weekly stay. you had soap, sponges, bigger trash can, full size fridge, some baskets that you could put your fruit in, and bunches of little shampoo and soap bottles in the bathroom. It felt a lot more homely than some of the motels or hotels that you can find nearby, Even though I arrived after the office was closed for my check in, they had a number posted to reach a staff member and they helped me figure out the issue I had. Because I let them know ahead of time that I would be arriving around a certain time, they also reached out to me to let me know that the office would be closed, and then my vehicle pass and keys and information pamphlet was all inside the unit and gave me a way to access it. super kind staff when I interacted with them.

It was 2 lights up from 95 on your right, take a left.

It was 2 lights up from 95 on your right, take a left. Easy to get to. Pool was cold. Room was clean and the breakfast, except for the bacon, was awesome! Pool was cold and the room a little cold from the air coming in the bottom of the door. We would come again.

Lincoln hotel was a luxurious place to stay.

Lincoln hotel was a luxurious place to stay. The Palace Diner, 5 minutes walk from the hotel was a find for breakfast, authentic, homemade food in a historic diner car. Lovely beaches in Kennebunk and Ogunquit which are nearby. Good access to major highways.

    Biddeford is fine.

Biddeford is fine. Apt at 8 Piersons Lane that was renovated, needs more renovations. Parking for only 1 vehicle in horrific driveway. No street parking at all. No dish washer, coffee carafe, broken toilet seat, no curtain in kitchen, no privacy curtains in living room. No privacy

I liked how close the parking was to the front entrance.

I liked how close the parking was to the front entrance. I also liked how bright, clean and friendly the facility felt. I did not like that we had to ask for additional towels at the front desk due to the staff not able to deliver them. I waited for approximately 5 minutes at the front desk for someone to come to the front desk to help me. That was frustrating. The desk clerk stated that he was sorry that I had to wait because he was folding laundry. The room was very spacious! I didn't leave my cell phone charger behind and that was a bummer. Overall great stay in Biddeford.

I am familiar with the biddeford area so I wasn't seeing it with fresh eyes. I stayed there because it was a middle point to everything I wanted to do while I was down in the area. The closest hot spots to the hotel are Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, Sweet Frog, Amatos, 99 Restaurant, All Day Breakfast, which I highly recommend. Goodwill, Job Lots, and Big Lots I believe. Irving Gas Station, Cumberland Farms, Market Basket, Panera Bread, Applebees, Michaels, Kohls, Home Depot, Target, TJ Max, and much more. You really are surrounded by things to eat and shopping. About a 10-15 minute drive you are in Old Orchard Beach. Currently their amusement park is down due to coronavirus but the shops are open. I personally had Dunkin and Amatoes, I tried to get into All Day Breakfast because it's my favorite breakfast place. They are so nice their, it's quaint, the food is amazing, and the price is right for what you get. With coronavirus and sitting people away from others it was taking a little time. Nothing crazy but I had a lot to do and couldn't wait sadly. I did walk the shops in Old Orchard but didn't buy anything. The quality isn't their for the price I don't feel when it comes to the clothes. Traffic isn't bad from the hotel location. The hospital is right across the end of the road the hotel sits on but I never heard sirens really for the fact.

Pictures do not do this place justice. It was a fantastic immersive experience that exceeded all expectations. We've spent more than 50 nights in hotels this year and this was by far our favourite. If you've ever dreamed of living in a loft with eclectic style, do yourself a favour and spend some time here.

I've stayed here multiple times it's my go-to place in Biddeford, choices are limited as it is so it's nice to have a decent place. The staff is always courteous, breakfast is convenient usually not bad for a hotel breakfast.

Our stay was only one night, however the hotel is cozy, quiet, large and well-equipped room, varied buffet breakfast, and parking at no additional cost.
