I really enjoyed staying here. There is a metro station, a pharmacy and restaurants nearby. Shops are within walking distance. Everything is clean. The canteen is also great, the staff is friendly. I am planning my next vacation in the same chain. I recommend it.

I loved the luxury of the hotel room itself. I had a corner suite with extra windows which allowed more natural light during the daytime. Bathroom was large and spacious, loved the shower with double showerheads.

First off, it's BEAUTIFUL! The room was nicely decorated. The room has tile floors so there is no stinky carpet! Loved that! The valets and front desk staff were always smiling and greeted us whenever we walked through the lobby.
We had amazing food at Seventh State. Brayden was an awesome bar tender.
The crab and corn dip, lobster mac, and asparagus pizza were my favorites. My husband loved all of that plus the baked brie.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine, as we were on the way home to the north so it wasn't hard to get to the highway. The morning desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Bethesda has burgeoned over the years, offering wonderful restaurants, retail stores, Bethesda Row Theatre (nine screens, I believe, which offer an excellent variety of films including indies). Parking in downtown Bethesda can be somewhat challenging, so one might want to consider using ride sharing such as Uber or Lyft.

Complimentary drinks should be offered anytime you show the card. Touring around DC and traffic does not always get you back to hotel in time for happy hour which is the only time you can use the comp drink tickets.

I found my stay in Bethsida an excellent experience because it was easy to commute from one place to another. Restaurants, shopping malls, DC metro station etc were easily accessible. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nice. I loved the water pressure from the shower and the view from my window.
You will find staying in this hotel and area a joy except to remember requesting for your room to be cleaned daily otherwise, you get to sleep in an uncleaned room daily. The hotel serves only breakfast so be ready to find good restaurants around for your lunch or breakfast and dinner. I visited TATE which is across the road daily for a superb meal.

Cleanliness was excellent, food was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. However, there was no shuttle, the pool was small and unavailable most of the time, and when it was ,it was filled with children.
No ability to stream new movies or selection. Would have paid to see movies but they were not available.

I always liked Bethesda, for its village atmosphere and wide range of shops and restaurants. My favourite restaurant this visit was Mon Ami Gabi, a perfect and authentic French restaurant (although the staff say they are concerned that a planned revamp will lose it some of its charm).
I was sorry to see that some favourite stores have gone, Orvis on Wisconsin Avenue and the book store on Bethesda and Arlington.
There used to be a Ranger Surplus store in Bethesda, now there isn't even one in Rockville......

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice location in a safe area. I travelled into DC each morning - 10 minute uber to metro station. Lovely view of Washington DC city from my room on the 11th floor.
a restaurant in the hotel would be an added feature as well as a working fitness center but all was just fine and everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good
