The pool was fine, I honestly had no issue with the pool. The man who worked the front desk was kind! We got extra towels, and a tv remote from him with no issue.

The rooms are really perfect. Roomie, had everything you needed, with separate sleeping and living spaces. (separate but not closed off from each other.)
Had we been there for more than one night, the little kitchenette would’ve been very well used! We would definitely stay here again. And breakfast was very good!

Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was very accommodating, even providing gluten free options when requested
The entire property needs an upgrade. Dont stay here for the continental breakfast it is essentially cold stale cereal. There was no toast, no peanut butter, just over all bad.
It is a pet friendly property and although there was no smell to my room there was a piece of dog food left on the floor and the window to the room would notshut all the way. For the cost of the room and being a Wyndham property I would have expected a much more well kept property.

Bethel and nearby Danbury are nicely spread out towns with plenty of foliage. We ate at an authentic Brazilian restaurant in Danbury and the food was excellent(I'd recommend it). The area has all the stores a person would need and desire. Pleasant community.

Bethel is outside of Danbury.
Bethel is outside of Danbury. Crowded with lots of impatient people with nasty attitudes. Driving through the country is a cute New England feel. Downtown Bethel is nice, but again, horrible traffic and people.
I traveled a great distance and they let me check in 2 hours early...for free...unlike other hotels.
The room was spotless, had an iron/ironing board, couch, minifridge, microwave and very comfy.
I asked for a 1st floor near a side entrance and they gave me one two rooms from the entrance.
Breakfast options were available and there were plenty of dining options nearby.
The hotel was old, very old. The place was clean . That is the only reason I stayed. The area was a little on the sketchy side. One ice maker in the lobby. I would not use the coffee machine in the room . Toiletries were probably the cheapest ones ever, didn’t use them either.
There is a great diner 500 feet from the hotel called Stone Hill diner I recommend
