This hotel needs to be remodeled.
This hotel needs to be remodeled. Several fixtures are broken including the elevator. We had problems with the lack of hot water, a broken lamp, empty soap dispensers, etc. On a positive note, the check in manager was excellent and efficient. Breakfast is generous. We utilized the weight room and the free WiFi.

It was disappointing when I highlighted that the sheets were soiled and returned to the hotel they were not changed. I highlighted this again and was told that they have no clean sheets and was given a duvet with no cover and was told that is the best that could be done. Upon my insistence, my room was then changed.
However, I will like to comment on the Gym which I found was of a good standard.
I enjoy the staff who works at this hotel. They are always very accommodating. Friendly, polite, personable, and willing to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction.
