Just about everything including the ceiling vent was broke. The shower curtain dirty. The dog stain from last

Breakfast was good. Room layout was nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
There were a lot of nice people staying there. It seemed like some even lived there. which I did not mind knowing the cost of rentals and how people are now living hand to mouth. The people that were there the same time I was there were very nice. The staff was nice also and could not do enough.
I had to cancel my trip as I was not up to the trip after surgery. I called the hotel and booking.com to cancel and get a refund four days prior and the hotel charged me $99. to cancel. Booking.com contacted them to waive the charge but never received a reply. As of this morning, I have not received a reply from the hotel as well.
Location was convenient and safe. The room was very clean and bed had 4 comfy pillows. The
wifi worked well. AC/fan kept room comortable. I had fridge and microwave both clean. The hotel located right next to Wawa for gas and food short walk. Simple blind on window easy to work.
I did not stay. I paid walked up to the room, went into the room and just had to leave.
It smelled too bad in hallway and the room.
The price was cheap so that's probably why.
