The scenery is awesome to view when driving through the rolling hills. Lots of gift shops with a wide c=variety of items. Super friendly people. Restaurants in Berlin and the surrounding small communities are all excellent with their home made foods.

Great place to visit any time of year. Always something new to do and many familiar things to see and do again. You set the pace of your visit and your itinerary can be made to fit anyone's desires. Many great places to eat and shop. Many ways to experience the Amish history and lifestyle.

Was not able to check in till 340 pm.
Was not able to check in till 340 pm. Check in was at 3pm was told the manager was too busy to come talk to me about having to wait over forty minutes past check for my reservation while many other were given their rooms with no right away. There was one other guest who was told her room was not ready we both booked through
Booking.com. When I did later speak with the manager he said he was sorry but made no attempt to make it right.

Great location and a beautiful, clean hotel!! The bed was very comfortable and the pool was enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and hit the spot. Thank you for a lovely few days in Amish Country!!

Our stay at this hotel was cut short.
Our stay at this hotel was cut short. We had planned to stay 3 days for a festival that was in the area. We had a death in the family and had to cut our stay to one night and had about a 3 hours trip onto where the funeral was being held. Great place...and we'll book it again next year!

The Breakfast was great with a wide variety to choose from , eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, cereals, yogurt, muffins,oatmeal and toast . Juices , milk and coffee. They also had like a mini store in lobby. Rooms were very spacious. Close to shopping where you could walk to everything on Main Street Berlin . The big Farmstead Restaurant was literally across parking lot . We will stay here again . Staff was very friendly. But as always all shopping closes at 5pm .
The location was perfect to enjoy Berlin. Loved the plethora of pillows and how comfy the bed was! The breakfast was plentiful and the staff was so kind and accommodating. I would 💯 bring my family back to enjoy this hotel with me! 😁
