The worst hotel me and my guest in combined 100+ years have ever walked into. We immediately refused to stay there because of the smell, bathroom and room deplorable mess, dirty tissues on the floor etc.... Ash the most horrible manager never ever calls you back and they promise a refund forever and never finalize it. Sue and all the reps there are very rude and lie to you, hang up when you request help they fail to provide as they promised. We agreed we would sleep in the woods etc before going to this disgusting place again. They show beautiful photos in their ads and when we arrived the smell and cleanliness horrible. The door was unlocked to room as we walked towards it and bathroom didn't shut, grimy tub, floors, walls etc. Please issue us a full refund promised by Ash. Booking.com claims he is failing to email reply to them agreeing to the full refund and booking.com cannot issue it unless Ash does this.

The location offered all of any needed services on the highway where it is located. The location was close to Neshaminy State Park where we as a group had a nice hike walking through the woods and along Neshaminy Creek and the Delaware River.

Bensalem was fine the hotel was not.
Bensalem was fine the hotel was not. Were booked for two nights. The first night we were out for a bit and about a half an hour after coming back to our room the phone rang. The desk clerk asked if we were there and I said yes. I went and spoke to the clerk and apparently our room was given to someone else but when they came to the door they heard our dog barking. If we weren't there at the time someone else would've been in our room with all of our belongings. Certainly not acceptable. A desk clerk checked us out the first night because the room was promised to a friend. We were out the next morning, came back and couldn't get into the room. All of our belongings were in the room. The desk clerk asked my husband what color our suitcases were. My husband wasn't going for this at all and definitely made known his displeasure. We were both given new keycards for our room. We had to go out the second night and were quite worried if we would be able to get back into our room. To our relief we were. I would not book at this hotel again. The room was clean and comfortable which is the only good thing I can say about our experience.

Easy excess to many area attractions, Philadelphia, casino, sesame place. Will say alot of area construction on roads as well as homes as they had a tornado come through several weeks ago. Many businesses looking for help, as is the rest of the country.
The hotel has been recently renovated and looks much better than I expected. The rooms are a very good size with a great coffee machine and TV. While there were some old stains on the carpet, it was very clean.
Breakfast was included for us and had a good range of options all of which were a very good quality.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. The on site parking felt safe and had plenty of spaces.
The neighborhood felt quite safe and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.
