Ok, it doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room was really nice. I booked a single king during Xmas. The bed was comfortable, very clean. The room was also clean. The TV large and well maintained. I was very surprised by the shower...a rain fall shower! My only complaint was waiting 5 minutes for hot water to run. But that was due to weather and not the hotel. I knew they had offered breakfast, but was expecting a continental. Nope...a waffle bar with extras! The staff was friendly and helpful. Bonus tip! I did precheck in and when you do it puts you on a thing called " canary" which when you pull up they are notified and check in is fast and simple.

The Staff was accomodating and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good.

The exterior of the hotel needs attention, but the room was recently renovated and attractive as well as clean. We were passing through so we did not search out any other activities in the Belleville area.

Drove to Bellville - quiet little town. Road-tripping through so didn’t see the sights.
We took out dinner from a nearby diner - food was good.

I was just passing through on a road trip and needed a place...
I was just passing through on a road trip and needed a place to lay my head. The outside looks pretty sketchy. The inside has been redone somewhat recently and looks presentable. The sheets appeared to be clean but the rest of the room was kind of dirty…grit and dirt on the a/c, boot prints on the walls and doors. Shower full of water marks. The A/C is right next to the bed so it sporadically blows cold air on you during the night. The bed was ok…kind of hard. It was quiet but a light shine through the window all night that I couldn’t block out. There is a good Mexican restaurant that you can walk to…that was a plus. It was inexpensive, though, and the other motels didn’t look that much nicer.

My stay was better than expected.
My stay was better than expected. The facility is an older property that is showing its age on the outside but my room was very good and property is a good value. Don't be put off by the exterior. Breakfast was fine for a small property.

The room was clean, the water in the shower was the right temperature, and more them enough towels and toilet paper, I was called by the desk to see if I needed anything after checking in. There was a humming noise Friday night which I'm not sure of the cause.

very rude customer service do not honor coupons that they have online guest services miss Laura at the front desk lies and is very racist and rude to people and she will shut the pool off whenever she pleases not 10 o clock like the pool is supposed to be open till this hotel has really went downhill dirty rooms stains on the carpet holes in the wall not a good place
