It is not in the best neighborhood but it is the best stay in the area. If you have business in the area, it is centrally located between several shopping areas, a hospital for parents need to stay in the city. I would check in early to make sure they can accommodate any last minute changes.

This motel is fine if you are traveling on the cheap.

This motel is fine if you are traveling on the cheap. I booked it because it was only a mile from the luncheon and meeting I was attending. If you are traveling alone, want to save money, do not expect anything more than a place to crash, take a shower and watch television, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for family, or spousal comfort and very comfortable, this is not the place for you. Definitely not romantic if that is in the cards. The place is old, run down, but relatively clean, not the cleanest, but tolerable. Bed seemed new and was okay. There are very good Mexican food spots in that area. Only stayed there twelve hours so I do not know much else.

    Great customer service.

Great customer service. They held my stuff in the lobby all day so I can take care of some personal matter even tho check out was at 11am I was able to leave my stuff on property and I returned kinda late around 730pm and they treated me nicely and didn't throw it in my face . They allowed me to pay for the day and 4 days later and I'm still here. It's clean, quiet, relaxing and safe

The affordability. I had to stay there for a month and, the other hotels, cost of an extended stay was unreasonably high.
