Search hotels in Bellevue

The room I booked was not transferred to the hotel, according to the manager on duty on 12/23. Then she (who was not very professional at all) had to change my room and did not tell me that the price for the King would not transfer to the first room that was booked incorrectly was a 2 queen room that was way more expensive than the King. The most irritating thing about this visit was that on 12/22 ( I was in my room before the notice came out )sometime after 9pm they put out a notice that the breakfast, lunch and dinner would be suspended for Christmas Eve and Christmas day, so no food or drink - just coffee in the bar. - Ridiculous that we were not told ahead of time. I did speak to the manager when I left the property, but he said all the mix up was your fault andthere was nothing he could do about it. I won't go back - my daughter and grandchilden live in Bellevue and I go there at least 4 times a year....a lot of lost revenue.

My opinion on Bellevue is great. I've been there several times before. My son was Air Force member and he married there. He is no longer with us but he have three beautiful daughters. That was the purpose of our visit. We enjoyed that part of the trip.

Only thing I liked was the location staff was very unsatisfactory unable to give me answers on disturbing situation we had they were not concerned and nonchalantly wanting to give me answers and reasons for what happened my fiancé was really shook up, I will not recommend your facility and am contemplating but it out on social media

Staff was rude, had booked a room. Hotel listed pet friendly. Clerk said we didn't rent a pet friendly room. When I told him it was not listed on the website of pet friendly rooms vs non pet friendly rooms. He told me there was nothing he could do for me..

Good customer service rate 10. I needed a place to temporary until I find permanent housing. And this was best option for me and my family. Iam glad I made woodspring suits my Choice. Thank you !! Ms Combs

I liked that it was so easy to access from the freeway and where we were interested in going to. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was quiet and we were not disturbed by any noises from other guests. The only problem we encountered was that our passkey would not open the side access door easily and that was a minor inconvenience.
