The location sucked!!! It was very hard to find!!! The host at the Hilton across the street even said the motel was hidden. Your young hostess was too good to speak unless she doesn't know how. Not friendly at all. Your breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Not again.

What a superb hotel!!! Far exceeded my expectations for this type of lodging. It has a pool and a gym and custom made breakfasts, along with some of the best croissants in the US. The room was quiet and clean; the bathroom (especially the shower) well designed and the staff extremely helpful and couerteous (especially the ladies in the breakfast room). Lots of free parking available. I shall stay here in my future visits to the Portland area.
Situated a short drive from downtown Portland and surrounded by a number of corporate offices, this hotel features exceptional accommodations along with a variety of modern amenities and facilities.

Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Rooms were awesome, it was like a tiny studio apartment. Beds were super comfy and the shower was really nice and had consistent hot water. And they let me have my doggy with me :)

The manager was wonderful. Another desk person was not great. A third person said the not great guy was new. We wanted to use the pool but it was tiny and there were 15 people in it so basically like a mostly full tuna can. Don't consider that pool into your plans.
We booked a Jacuzzi Suite, but we're told it wasn't available when we got there. It was the only reason we chose that hotel. Big disappointment for our honeymoon night. The management was not sympathetic, nor did they comp us for the inconvenience.
Overall it was comfortable, and clean.. there was covered parking which was nice and the location is good. Id give it 4 stars if not for the Jacuzzi not being s thing for us. That really put a damper on our stay.

Beaverton is a beautiful suburb of Portland.
Beaverton is a beautiful suburb of Portland. It is located perfectly where you can get to Mount Hood or the Coast easily. You definitely need a car to get around. There are so many breathtaking hiking trails to explore and hike. The coffee shops are cute and whimsical but best of all they know how to make a delicious cup of coffee. There are many wonderful restaurants to choose from offering different and authentic cuisines due to the cultural diversity. The shopping malls are phenomenal. There are all the brand name shopping stores you can think of, designer stores, and many stores that cater for athletic and outdoor activities. You are literally spoiled for choice. Last but not least, I have to mention Powell’s bookstore, a must visit if you are an avid reader. There is always somewhere new to explore and experience every time I visit Beaverton.

Housekeeping walked in on me without permission.
Housekeeping walked in on me without permission. When issue/complaint was brought up front clerk & management did not apologize, only gave excuse. Opened a claim/case with corporate but they weren't very helpful either. Staff lied to them about not apologizing and apparently corporate believed them and not me. Not fun getting embarrassed and then getting dismissed by all at hotel & corporate office.

Winding roads!!!! Thank goodness for GPS maps.
Winding roads!!!! Thank goodness for GPS maps. Very, very few "fine dining" options. We got restaurant recommendations from a friend of a friend--Degario's and Grill68. They were excellent and really made for a lovely stay. The Elmer's cafe near the hotel is a great option for breakfast and lunch. Pancakes were terrific . We were in Beaverton for a celebration of life event. The hotel was close and comfortable--spot on for our needs.

I'm a former resident of Beaverton, and as far as I'm concerned, it is the best suburb of the Portland/Metro area. The schools are exceptional and crime is relatively low in comparison to other surrounding communities. Beaverton offers a variety of eateries and family-related activities that visitors will enjoy. Quick access to Sunset Highway, 217 and I-5 make it easy to access downtown Portland.

When we arrived they noted my husband's disability and provided us with a similar King Suite on 1st floor in a very convenient location and very clean with parking at front door. All desk persons were very helpful and kind, providing us with a coffee pot and extra coffee and creamer. Plenty of linens provided. Fred Meyer is one block away for all foodstuffs and gas. My only request would be that they have basic items such as milk and sodas for sale at the site. We will stay here next visit to the OHSU Clinic.

Constant water dripping in bathroom n when told staff, they weren't able to help so for 2 nights, had to uncomfortably sleep with the noise.
Hardwood floor was freezing cold so hated not having carpeted floor.
The location wasn't good, nothing nice around the hotel at all... industrial area mostly.
Lobby and elevator were in different buildings. Who does that?! So take all luggage to parking garage from the lobby to take elevator to second floor.
I love their pet policy. Everywhere else charges per dog/per night which can be really expensive. But Hilton Garden Inn has a flat rate based on the number of nights stayed. For this reason, this will be the only hotel I ever lodge in for future trips.
