The hotel has had a major renovation and upgrade since my last stay, and is now in very exceptional condition with all facilities of the highest standards.
The staff were very helpful and responded to all my requests quickly and positively.
I was very appreciative of all they did to make my stay that much better.

Bay St. Louis is the best kept secret on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It’s relatively quiet. Laid back. Convenient to cross over the Pass bridge to get to other lovely destinations like Pass Christian and Ocean Springs. Great for the price and soul restoration! ❤️😎❤️

First time visitors to this kinda hidden gem on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Checked most of our boxes: beach vibe, cute shops, bars & restaurants, We visited during the week so it wasn't crowded, but some of the best restaurants were closed. The public beach is a short drive from town center, with clean white sand. Lack of waves makes it great for sitting in shallow water to cool off on a hot day.

The rain on Saturday 😆otherwise it was great. North beach restaurant was great. Fields restaurant good but so expensive. The shops were nice downtown. Beach was nice and clean. Rent a golf cart from bodega it was fun. We love Bay St Louis - we go there fairly often. We live in New Orleans it’s about an hour and 20 minutes to get there. Beautiful little beach town

I love the town of Bay St.
I love the town of Bay St. Louis it's just the disgraceful motel I stayed in, I travel there all the time to gamble, eat out and sight see. I want let that one incident keep me away. I love the Hollywood Casino, restaurants and the beaches.

I would not recommend to travelers who are trying to get away from kids. For some reason this is not regulated or have an age limit. Figured being a hotel/ casino kids were limited or not allowed. The pool and lazy river was over populated and no one was following the social distance prota call. We were not able to enjoy this amenity. Also, there was trash down the hall and around the trash can.
The king size room is HUGE, could use an update though. The jacuzzi bath tub jets did not work.
The location I guess is what your paying for since it is a 9 minute drive to old town. We were able to enjoy the local restaurants and bars but still social distance properly. At the hotel/casino, the inside bar stays open but the outdoor bar near the pool closes around 7 or 8.

Exceeded our expectations! We normally stay at Marriotts and had stayed at other local properties including casinos and decided to try this Motel 6 after reading recent reviews. The room was spacious and clean, and staff was fantastic. We opted to extend our three night stay longer once we accessed it was reasonably quiet, clean, etc. Loved being able to pull right up to the door. We were able to reserve a downstairs room which was fantastic.
Loved all the vintage Hollywood B&W photos and other themed decor, especially the pool. Lazy river and pool area were a nice place to get some sun and cool off in the water. Enjoyed the casino. The breakfast at the Grille was the best we had there - the biscuits, in particular.
Excellent staff, clean hotel pools were really nice. Great value for the price. Location was excellent, not in a packed area but super close to shopping and the waterfront.
