The bar, location, and staff were pleasant. I like the spiral stairs and multilevel room . Mini kitchen area with sink and refrigerator in the room. I would stay there again. The bathroom did not look or smell bad, but I always cary my own cleaning products if I can help it. We had a very enjoyable time socializing at the bar, and the food was not bad. However, the buffalo wings did not come with celery or carrots.

Great Staff and very clean room. They also have a air purifier in the room. Maybe it's just me but when you walk into a hotel room and there is a faint smell of cleaning products it makes me instantly smile looking the room is clean!!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! My room had the ceiling paint chipping right over the bed and when I brought it to the staff attention they downgraded us to an even worse room, you couldn’t close the shower curtain to shower, the bathroom door was damaged, the beds were old and the bottom edges were sticking out, the hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures, terrible experience.

We Were able to order from the hotel bar for dinner, some pizza, chicken wings.
The indoor pool having the hot tub.
Loving the 24 hours Coffee.
Loving to have breakfast.
The breakfast Schedule is a little bit early 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
Until 10:00 AM on weekends. That was a little bit challenging, but it was OK.

We had a bathroom door get lock and staff came right up and got it open for us. Also our grandson, got sick and we needed new sheets and again staff came right and gave them to us .They took the dirty sheets away , and when we notice that our grandson clothes were in the sheets they went and got them for us.Staff was very friend and heplful. I would tell friends and family to stay at this hotel.
Breakfast was good, staff was super friendly and the hotel itself has a perfect pet friendly family setting. They even have little s'mores kits for sale at the bar for the fire pit. This will definitely be my go to hotel for any future plans in the area!
