No jam or jelly for breads, no fruits except small apples, no boiled eggs or yogurts, location is ok. No too far from highway.
We checked in the hotel about 11:00 pm on 10/29/24. Nobody in the office , I ringed the desk bell several times without any response. then I called the hotel phone number without any answer. I and my wife were so scared because we were waiting in the lobby for almost 30 minutes. My wife finally went to next door Comfort inn ask for help. She almost called 911. Finally I saw a lady in the parking lot and asked her whether you worked here. She said yes then came in to the office and let’s checked in.
Our room was 327. The room was ok but the water flow was very small just little bit better than dripping in the sink. I reported this problem to the front desk person in the morning on 10/30/24. I found out the problem was not fixed after I came back the hotel in the evening. I came down to the office and told her about this issue, the lady told me the service man was unable to fix that problem and asked us to move to room 331.
In the evening we came back hotel and found out no body cleaned my room at all. trashes still in the trash cans, used towels were still on the bathroom floor, bed sheets were not made up or changed.
We have traveled around the cities in the United States since we retired. This was our worst experience. Thanks for your attention.

Customer service is horrible. When we arrived there. There was guest sitting in front of the hotel drinking beer and listening to music. One of the worker blocked one side of the parking lot with it vehicle. To make it one way in and out. On Saturday morning my family and I when down stairs to eat breakfast and the lady who works behind the desk didn't greet us but she watched us the whole time. She come in the eating area several times to see how much we were eating. Made my children feel uncomfortable. Then it was time to checkout I sent my oldest daughter down stairs to get the cart to put our belongings on it then my daughter stop to get a cup coffee but was asked did she know another black woman who's was a guest there. Then she started to question them. I knows with the non black guest they were treating great. RACIST
