The reception in the hotel was amazing - it was massive and there was a lovely bar area where I had a sandwich and a drink - the concierge looked up train information for me. It is right on a strip of hotels on South Beach I had a view of the ocean - definitely be back. Staff were really helpful and there was a lot of them as it was really busy - that is a huge bonus.

Its north beach way so not as busy as down south, liked that. Its good value for money, has a pool and close to beach and transport links. If you looking for a coffee machine in your room with loads of TV channels then stay at the Hilton, Marriott etc and pay the higher prices. The real asset in this place is Monica......knows everything and gives great advice and inside knowledge......tips for free travel, advice on best places to eat, city travel tips and free beach towels. The decor was pretty. The bathroom although small the shower was nice and big and relaxing. Great for 2 people we had 2 double beds. They had cold water available at the bar which was great. Location was about 200m away from the nearest tram stop. Which was free to and from the main centre

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, great location with beach a few hundred meters away. Great view from a roof terrace, that had a choice of chairs, sofas and water with ice for anyone who wanted to chill out there in quiet.

The location is fine, right on the beach in mid beach with reasonable access to south beach by bus, trolley or taxi. The beds were big and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful at the front desk. There was a decent amount of equipment in the gym.
