Reserved one night. When I go to check-in I’m greeted by 2 gentleman and they immediately turned me away. Staying that they tried to call and even left a voice message about having to cancel our reservation due to a big group of people that where checking in later. When in fact I did not receive a call nor did I get a voicemail. Phones don’t lie. And they Said I would not be charged. When in fact I was charged. Booking.com called all numbers listed for the facility and every number was none working.

I like that it’s only 10 minutes from where I’m working. The bed is comfortable and the ac blows very cold and of course the staff are very friendly.

Breakfast was great and the lady was so sweet. So nice to have a real hot breakfast. The kids enjoyed the pool too. Complimentary water was great since it was so hot outside.

The staff were amazing! Even housekeeping. The morning I was to check out had to rush to the ER because of my daughter, who is also staying there but for an extended length of time until her apartment was ready. I spoke with the staff. They said I could do a late check out or stay longer. I was still at the hospital in the afternoon in the trauma unit. The housekeeping department called and asked if they wanted to come clean or wait. An hour later, I made it back and checked out. I spoke with another staff and she knew me by name and situation. Thats really great communication stills between shifts. That is very hard to find. They let me moved my belongings to my daughter's room, so I can go back to the hospital to be with my daughter. They are VERY kind and helpful during this situation, as we now are on day 2.
