I had to cancel my trip as I was not up to the trip after surgery. I called the hotel and booking.com to cancel and get a refund four days prior and the hotel charged me $99. to cancel. I requested for an omlet and it was brought to me nice and hot. I offered to pay for my food before getting it and i was told before paying you 1st enjoy eating. The staff was very nice they went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The restaurant manager kept me laughing.
