This was our family’s second stay here and will be our go to for staying in the area. We loved the accommodations and Vernon makes you feel like a you are such a special guest staying. Great location to enjoy so many different things but nestled just out of town with some beautiful scenery.

The location was good. The owner did a great job of answering all my questions, and providing a guide experience of directions around town and places to go based on my needs. A good place to stay overnight.

The property was great. I loved how quiet the room was. Super clean and lots of room for everyone and their gear. Although I didn't use it, I loved the heated bike and outside storage area.
Angel Fired Pizza and Zebs were the best places to eat.

Easy to find what you need and there's a great little grocery store in town.
Good location for hiking, skiing, biking, fishing or site seeing/shopping.
The weather and mountains are always beautiful.

We were at the property during the July 4th holiday, yet nothing was crowded. The valley in which the town of Angel Fire sits is a beautiful alpine valley. The village had a few shops and a grocery store.

Angel Fire proper is a pretty boring town.
Angel Fire proper is a pretty boring town. It's very small and other than the bike park (or ski area if you go in the winter) there's not much to do there. Nice to have the grocery store and gasoline is competitively priced. It is a resort town so some things are simply more expensive, that's just how it is. Both pizza places in town are great. Pizza Stop food is amazing but very expensive. Angel Fired Pizza is delicious and less expensive. If you need anything beyond the basics or just want something else to do, Taos is a 40 minute drive over the mountain and is a much bigger town with all of the usual in regard to fast food and cheap entertainment.

The roads there were very clear.
The roads there were very clear. The people in the town were friendly and helpful. The grocery store is small but is stocked with a little of everything. The town sort of gives you a sense of peace. Very beautiful!!!!

The Angel fire ski area was ok.
The Angel fire ski area was ok. Checking into the kids ski lesson was easy. The lesson price was good too. I normally ski at Beaver Run ,Colorado. Compared to that I wasn’t impressed. Adult ski lessons are half day either morning or afternoon for 1.75Hrs and ridiculously expensive. At Beaver Run I get 3.5hrs skiing lesson for the same price. I chose this place as I didn’t want to travel on a plane to Colorado. I won’t be coming back for skiing again. I cooked food at the place I was staying at.

It’s a sleepy little town with not a lot of services.
It’s a sleepy little town with not a lot of services. Beautiful and picturesque. The little grocery store called Lowe’s is great. The best place for breakfast and lunch is called The Bakery and Cafe. If you’re looking for something tranquil with not a lot of thrills, this is the place to go.

The cabin was spotless, modern, in a beautiful setting. A gentleman named Dean with whom I interacted was exceedingly helpful and good natured and deserves a medal. ai saw no other staff. Angel Fire is a shit hole that seems to think if you obscenely overcharge folks they’ll think they’re in Aspen! They won’t!
Cleanliness & location of the property. It was walking distance to the ski resort where you can take the shuttle. The property was very clean & have the basic necessities you will need for your stay. A plus is washer & dryer if you have extended stay. Enough space to accommodate 8 of us (6 adults, 2 kids)
This place was perfect for my family of 9. There was a lot more room then what you see in the pictures. The pictures doesn't do the Rainbow House justice. I will be staying there again when in Angel Fire.
Great location to everything! We had such a great time. This was our first time staying in Angel Fire and this property was great. Easy to rent and Vacasa was great! Helped us with all our needs!
