Crab cakes $11 each but rooftop made them worth it. Room was exceptional. Biggest shower ever in a hotel room. Two shower heads and we’d have stayed in another half hour.

The house is well arranged and well equipped. There were toys for the kids. The heating was good. There was a backyard with a barbecue but we did not use due to the weather. The location was great: very close to the Anarcorte's farmer's market, which was fun. Close to restaurants in Commercial Ave. We went there for a whale watching tour which started just a few minutes drive from the house.

What a great little town. Beautiful old, well kept old homes, great places to eat and plenty of fun shopping. Don't miss the Doughnut House. Interesting things to see and do. Close to Deception Pass state park with great beaches and close to lots of other places and things to do. We had dinner at the Secret Cove restaurant. Great seafood choices. Went over to see the La Merced breakwater and drove up to Washington Park and later to Cap Sante Park and overlook. Loved just driving around and seeing the old houses.

We chose to go to Anacortes to get away from the heat in Texas and that was a very good decision! The city has excellent restaurants and is very scenic. In the middle of August it never was more than 72 degrees. It is on a small island and easy to get around in a car. We ate at Anthony's on the waterfront for great seafood and Nonna Luisa's in historical Anacortes for excellent Italian food. Being from Dallas we are used to great restaurants and these two were right on.

Anacortes is my favorite place.
Anacortes is my favorite place. I would live there if I could. Beautiful marinas and beaches. You can take the ferries to the San jauns or to Guemes island. There are lots of good restaurants. Lots of fun shops, including antique, gift and cute little clothing shops. I stayed for ten days and never ran out of fun stuff to do. The cap sante inn is the best place to stay. It clean, spacious and close to everything. You can walk anywhere from there, including a Safeway if you need anything. The only place you can't walk to is the ferry terminals. But it's just a short bus ride and the bus stops are right next to it.

Good people live here.
Good people live here. We were snowed in however the manager of our hotel drove me to an appointment, and the doctor drove me back to the hotel. Even though Anacortes is a medium sized town, it has people who help as if you'd known them for a long time. It has a good small town feeling.

I've stayed in four different hotels in the past six years while passing through Anacortes. It's an interesting port town. It appears that the only big grocery store is the Safeway. Anthony's Seafood Restaurant has fabulous food and an equally stunning view, but you pay for it.
The place was clean and a newer hotel. It is great that you are provided with a fill size fridge and small stove that enables you to cook during your stay. There is no pool but the hot tub while small, has some of the best jets I have ever experienced.
Everyone was extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the parking was easy. Tons of amazing restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Definitely will come stay again.
