Not much, very Dated…we changed rooms because the air stopped working. The room smelled even though it was no smoking. We were there in November but had to pay $10 to park. There were maybe 5 rooms used in the facility-not busy at all. Not sure I understand the parking fee in off season. Would chose another place next time. Beautiful little area with super quaint downtown area. The breakfast attendant was very polite and helpful. Best part of this location.

Authentic. It’s what I think a beach motel should be. Built on the location of the old Blue Marlin cabins my family loved in the 50s and 60s, Beachside is right on the sea coast. A down to Earth experience.

The house was literally across the street from the walkover to the the beach. This location was amazing for our morning walk with the dog. Dog was allowed on the beach which was amazing. {Must be on a leash at all times, not an issue for us}
