Staff during check in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located beside of a Walmarkt Supercenter. Enough parking lot. The breakfast has got planty to eat. All in all its a quiet hotel.

When I paid ahead for breakfast in a resturant I expected more. It was not that good.

Location to GVSU was perfect - a few restaurants/coffee shops nearby and a great pub across the street. The hotel exceeded my expectations - staff was great, rooms were clean although a bit outdated, bed was comfy and room was very quiet!

Local food areas are great, close to your college if your dropping off kiddos. Easy to get around and Google maps pair wells with the area. Easy to get into Grand Rapids but Allendale offers many things you need so you don't have to travel very far.

Allandale is where my granddaughter and her family live, so Sleep Inn is very convenient. It is a growing town with some great new places, especially ones I don't have back home, such as Culver's (YUM) and Hungry Howie's!

The staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful, and the beds were comfortable and clean (which to me is the most important part). We got moved to a better room for the second night when our ac unit stopped working and the second room was well cleaned and those new facilities were good. The hotel location was good, and the pub opposite is in walking distance and had amazing food and cheap cocktails so I'd recommend walking over there!!
the only 2 positive things about this hotel… #1 Jamie the assistant manager- she was the only one that even seemed to even remotely care about the issues we had with our 3 rooms, and these issues were all brought to the staffs attention within hours of checking in. #2 the proximity to Grand Valley State.
This hotel is extremely convenient when visiting Grand Valley. It's nearly across the street. It's nice, quiet, clean. Staff is pleasant. Breakfast provided in the morning.
