The hotel was quiet and the bed clean and comfortable. I had an early morning flight out of Oakland with my family and it was what we needed.

Clean, newly remodeled, quiet, with a free parking spot in the back of the property. Quick walk to Park St, the beach, and grocery stores/gas station. Would return.
Alameda is a small town with all the amenities. Plenty of restaurant choices and places to see. The architectural stylings of the homes there are one of my favorite things to drive around and see. The weather is great.

Alameda is decent it's not as bad as Oakland however they're still criminal activities going on in Alameda this motel is on the outskirts of Alameda literally right under the tunnel from downtown Oakland.
Overall Oakland and Alameda has nothing really to offer waste of vacation better off going to San Francisco.

I booked two rooms for five days at the Extended Stay Hotel in Alameda. One for my mother and sister, the other for me and my brother. Late into the night, my mom started knocking on my door. She was complaining about how her room smelled like it had a chemical leak. As I walked back to her room in the hallway, I noticed gas like vapors slowly coating most of the second floor. This wasn’t just my mom’s nostril sensitivity; the hallway was literally covered in what smelled like a fuel leak from a busted pipe. Me and my family decided to check out in order to keep my mom from literally dying as a result of being exposed to the toxic vapors. I only received a refund for the booking fee of the first room I purchased. I’m still trying to get back the rest of my money. Later that week, my sister researched review of the Extended Stay in Alameda CA. It turns out there have been complaints over the same toxic, nausea inducing smell.

Alameda is beautiful within itself the beautiful trees the nice clean streets that was fear of beachfront luxury you don't have to go anywhere else but beaches are beautiful the sand melts between your toes.
You have the comfort of an island right in your backyard the beach the shopping the food and the convenience of luxury hotel vacation island stay.
And you have the view of San Francisco all the pleasures and comfort of California... it's what I call "breathtaking"
You have the 24 hour Walgreens and the shoreline Outlet as well as Park Street dining and entertainment one of my favorite places "Monkey King Pub" are garlic fries is to die for..lol and whatever you're eating pallet prefer Park Pl has it over 2 mile of eateries. You have the bowling alley, late night bars, and let's not forget "Shop til You Drop"... Alameda is definitely a favorite of mine!

Pictures published do not represent the real conditions of the hotel. Bad smell on the room. broken and dirty carpets. bath was not clean. stains on courtines, chairs. Hairs behind a small armchair. Outdated and worn furniture. Breakfast limited, No place for breakfast, I had to take it to the room. They charged the stay to my card twice. Later after my complains fixed it. As if it was not enough, they attempted to charge $2000 to my credit card the day after I left the property. luckily the card denied authorization!!!
Perfect spot for the weary traveler coming from the airport. Short Lyft/Uber drive from Oakland Airport. It's a beautiful property right on the Marina, it's clean, has all the single use things you would need, and super friendly and helpful staff. The area is also amazing, peaceful and quiet.
Beautiful House on a very quiet street in Alameda. Despite being part of Oakland, Alameda looks very tidy and feels absolutely secure. Nice cafes and bistros in close proximity.
The room and garden were fantastic and we would have loved to stay longer.
Highly recommended!
The rooms are basic but spacious and clean. We got what we wanted - an overnight stay very near the Oakland Airport with shuttle service. But that's all. The "service" we booked was an airport shuttle, and that went smoothly.
