The staff was very professional and accomidating. Housekeepers are great too, I didn't have my room cleaned everyday but they checked in on me to make sure I was not in need of anything. They have an awesome steamroom near the pool, this totally helped me decompress.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ambrosia Hotel in Entebbe for 3 nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always paying close attention to detail.
The manager was particularly friendly and went out of his way to check in regularly, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. My room was spacious, airy, and super clean, offering a perfect environment to relax.
The location of the hotel was very convenient, and the food was absolutely delightful. Breakfast was not only filling but also delicious, with very generous portions. Lunch and dinner were available at an extra cost, but they were well worth it — I still can’t forget the humongous tilapia!
What truly stood out for me was the level of care and support I received when I fell ill during my stay. The staff went above and beyond, offering to take me to the hospital and willing to assist with all the necessary medical runs. Their kindness and willingness to help made a world of difference.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ambrosia Heights and would highly, highly recommend it to anyone visiting Entebbe.
