I was allocated room 204. The noise from the local night club was terrible, until after 03h00 in the morning. i travel for business and this requires my attention and concentration. I cannot sleep due to the terrible noise. I am considering changing hotels. I have stayed at Protea for about twenty years, but this is unacceptable!!!!!!
Your WiFi keeps dropping. Even in the room, I have to continually re-connect. Whilst visiting my customer, I am allowed access to their Wi-Fi, I have no problem, but at Protea, I have to continually reconnect.
Very disappointed with Protea!!!!
