It's a beautiful hotel, full of wonderful staff, located in a perfect place on the promenade. A 5-star experience in all regards.

Everything, Dima is a good host and his home is beautiful and clean with totally reasonable house rules and policies, plus the price and location are great. Wifi was excellent and the house was warm. Kitchen includes spices, sugar, salt and pepper so you don't need to bring your own. You wont find better price for private accomodations in Sumy! Dyakuyu!

Not the first visit to this hotel and a confirmation of the quality of the services they provide. All rooms I stayed were well sized and comfortable, with good noise insulation and comfortable beds. All good in the bathroom too. Very nicely located in central Sumy, a few steps away from the pedestrian area and some of the most famous attractions.
Very good hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable. Big room, fresh bed linens.
The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about cleaning.
I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed and the availability of parking. with no additional charges.
