Great style. Comfortable, you can find everything you need in room: starting from sponge for shower, ear sticks and other hygienic items up to wine glasses. Clean and professional staff. Definitely one of best hotels we stayed in Odessa.

BEWARE: This PROPERTY is TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST! This property is managed by a VERY DANGEROUS AND HOSTILE individual named Bohdan Freyak, who uses BLACKMAIL, THREATS, and COERCION to EMBEZZLE money from guests. They have NO ETHICS, ZERO accountability, and are extremely UNTRUSTWORTHY and UNCOUTH. DO NOT book this property under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, for YOUR VERY LIFE WILL BE IN DANGER. After checking in, Bohdan called me and told me that I would have to pay for his friend’s papers so that he wasn't drafted by the Ukranian army. I was completely confused, and asked him what was going on. Bohdan then proceeded to blackmail me, telling me that he would forcibly ask his friend to take me to the police station unless I paid him $20,000.00 using electronic bank transfer for his friend’s papers. I was shocked and refused, and immediately called my family. Bohdan forced me to send him private information about my family and their finances, saying that he expected me to send him money over wire transfer. I returned to the United States early the next day, only informing Bohdan when I had left the property. He forced me to pay for a late check-out even though I had left well before check-out time. He continued to ask me for $20,000.00 for his friend’s papers, telling me that since I was an American, I could afford to help him with his troubles, and that the threat of taking me to the police was a fraudulent attempt to embezzle money from me by scaring me since they had sent a woman a message threatening her without my knowledge. I was shocked and glad to have left with my life intact, for I was in extreme danger the entire time. The management in charge of renting the apartments commits heinous crimes and has no ethics or professionalism, and tries to extort money from the customer using all kinds of threats. My life was in danger due to the unprofessional, criminal and unethical behavior of the management in charge of this property. STAY AWAY from this UNSAFE PLACE!
