The location is great if you have a car, if you don't sometimes it's extremely difficult to find taxis.The nice small beach was handy in extremely hot summer in Kyiv. They have paddling boards available for rent.
Lovely views from the penthouse and nice kitchen, it's fully equipped and includes a decent fridge. I personally really loved facilities, massive shower room with different showers. The toilet has good light for make up and washing machine which was very handy. I loved roofed patios near building where guests can have their own BBQ or order food from restaurant, there is outside kitchen as well.
Staff is very helpful and friendly, lovely people
