The location is great and right next to the mountain. The nature is beautiful. We were in the Room 11 in Building 2 and had a nice balcony with an amazing view on the mountains. The whole building was in surrounded with a little forest and it gave a very nice vibe.
The administrator lady was nice and understanding when we were not happy with the room and was ready to cancel it without any fees.
Some food was really delicious like banosh, potato and mushrooms pan and blueberry crepes.
In general I think the place has so much potential, but needs a lot of improvement in terms facilities, level of service and hospitality.

Great and cozy location near Shepit Waterfall. Although the sauna price was not included, it was nice to have private booking by the stream. Very relaxing!

We loved the hike up to Hymba, and we wish we had stayed a little longer to go up to the other mountains. However, you should be careful of homeless and criminals in the woods – we saw a few people that looked like they were on drugs.
