-Beautiful location outside of Uzhhorod and easy hike to historic castle ruins
-Staff - amazingly kind (all of them) despite my language barrier of Ukrainian/Russian
-Spa accessibility - I only wish I didn't have such jetlag and could have taken advantage of the massage/extra fee services; regardless, the spa and pools were just wonderful and very clean

Breakfast was really nice, hot, and with a good selection. Our room was large and bright, with huge beautiful windows. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, within close walking distance of almost everything.

The staff made the stay very special as I was there for work for over one-week. They were very personable, made every effort to accommodate my English (and my lack of Ukrainian). The facilities are very clean, very spacious and situated in the old section of Uzhhorod. This will continue to be my 'go to' hotel when staying in this city!
