I have been a guest of Ferenc Hotel for nearly 3 years. The location and facilities are very good . Management does a good job of making certain everything on the premises is clean.
Most of the staff is very efficient. Two women in particular do an outstanding job, Victoria and Solomiya are very efficient at managing the front desk .They are the true face of the hotel. Their relatively new addition to the staff Iryna seems to have already made a very positive contribution at the front desk .
