I have never had a better staff or service in Ukraine or elsewhere than this hotel. I came in like a nuclear bomb - my businesses at home were literally on fire - and the front desk staff not only dealt with a flaming insane Irish American, but also did it with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and empathy. Oksana is so good at her job, I would hire her to do mine. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Great maids, great facilities, fantastic restaurant and location, and all around excellent price and service.

Archaic hotel - looks soviet-type lavish, good location if you are just passing by the city. Reception is so-so. Kitchen staff was really good, stayed late to serve us with a dinner. Dinner & serving was good!
