The food was outstanding. The staff were pleasant. The jetty structure with the sunbeds, pool, etc. was very nice and pleasant. Although the resort did not match our expectations based on photos and reviews from Booking.com, we were pleased that each time we raised a concern it was handled quickly and graciously.

programs at night, the pool and the pool bar were all exceptional staff was nice and friendly, they were responsive and handled all requests and excursion organization quickly dinners were really good, every night a different cuisine room was big and comfortable there was cleaning every day the ocean is next to the hotel, the beach is nice and clean the ice in the bar is made from bottled water, so it is easy to avoid the tap water new fresh water replacement every day in the room

The breakfast was included and was amazing! It also was so close to the beach and just a quick 5 minute walk. They also have a partnership with another place located in the beach where we were able to use their beach chairs and order food with a 10% off discount. It is also located close to a lot of fun restaurants, and has food that you can order there too if you are not wanting to go out. The pool is also really nice and great for hot days or even night swims.
