Complete and delicious breakfast. Located in the town centre, close to shops, restaurants and the market. 15 min walk to a nice beach. 10 min walk to the airport. Very big and comfortable bed. Mini fridge and kettle in the room. Air con and fan worked very well. Staff always friendly. Swimming pool was a good size and loungers comfortable. They didn't need our room so they let us check out a bit later.

2nd time i have stayed here. Great gem of a place, good cost effective place to stay for visiting mafia island, transport from airport was included in the price via booking.com. Breakfast is good and filling and sets you up for the day, free filtered water available all day. Seafood restaurant onsite provides some lovely food.

Meremeta has a beautiful lodge with an amazing garden. He and his staff were very friendly and took care of me and the other guests in an amazing way. I was really happy with the service and when I needed help with anything, Meremeta took care of it. The food was good, the location was perfect because I went scuba diving at Mafia Island Diving everyday. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff were amazing … very friendly and accommodating… Our chef Ahmed was really good… he cooked very tasty meals for us…. The owner himself was very good and kept in touch with us…. It was very good for the value we paid… it’s a simple and clean place to stay if u have a low budget

The place is clean neat and tidy. Breakfast is good. You will meet other traveler’s here. The owner is helpful aswell as the care taker.. there a card that is helpful if you would like to participate in activities such as whale sharks.. I rented a manual motorcycle from the place and cruised around (recommend) as it’s nice to have the option to go where you want at what ever time you’d like. Main Street is 2 blocks away you’ll get local food there. I recommend staying here when you come to this Island. Anything can be arranged on this island take a step back and slow down in this tropical paradise.

The service and staff were wonderful, very attentive and helpful. Free bikes so we could go into Utende which is 10 minutes away. Very nice gardens and grounds. Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. Great food and juices. Only 2 rooms so feels boutique.
