Great service and staff - sometimes they are TOO attentive!
The WiFi CAN be smoking fast but often is difficult to connect to. I think it is not Hadjen’s issue but the provider, but it could be both. Tends to bog down in afternoon/early evening.

Other reviewers had complained of noise. I asked for and got a quiet room and didn’t find it that bad, although there was some from nearby construction.

An amazing stay with wonderful staff and view of Lake Victoria.
We got there at around 1 a.m., and it's amazing that we found two wonderful ladies and the chef waiting for us.
They helped us to our rooms and the chef made us dinner which was ready in less 20 minutes.
The rooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds. No complaints about cleanliness also.

The breakfast was really good and the location was just right in the heart of Mwanza town. The hotel has several amenities including a gym and poll as advertised. The staff were really friendly, and I might say very beautiful. The rooms were very clean and room service is top notch.
