In the middle of a lush green forest, scenery superb and daily visits from very mischievous monkeys. Breakfast was good, fresh squeezed tropical juice of the day, fresh fruit, sausage and eggs vary day to day and coffee or tea. Though not on the menu, beer can be ordered. All staff polite, helpful and very friendly. No mosquitos when we were there.

We appreciated the warm welcome, tranquil location and beautiful trees on the property. Although we were the only guests, the menu included a range of different options and restaurant service was good.

Mr Kahawa in Paje is an absolute gem. Nestled right on the beachfront, the location is simply unbeatable—white sand, turquoise waters, and a laid-back atmosphere that perfectly captures the essence of Zanzibar. Whether you're here to relax, kite-surf, or soak in the stunning views, this place delivers.
The restaurant is a standout, both the food and the amazing staff. Breakfast was included daily, however, we also opted to eat here for lunch, dinner and of course Happy Hour a sit was so good! The coffee is also some of the best you’ll find in Zanzibar!
Whether you're staying at Mr Kahawa or just stopping by for a meal, it's an experience not to be missed. A perfect blend of comfort, style, and island charm. Highly recommended, and looking forward to our 3rd visit.
