The location was great - right near the MRT station which takes you every where in the city and within walking distance of Taipei 101 and lots of great restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. While the accommodations were minimal, the shower warmed up quickly and had great water pressure. There was also free coffee and snacks (cookies and crackers) in the lobby/nook.

The staff were very helpful. They let me stay in the meeting space a few hours before my check in and they kept my luggage after check out so I could go visit the Lovers' Lake and the beach in Keelung.
The breakfast had many different options, including vegan options everyday. Many options were different on each day.
I as a vegan enjoyed coffee with soy milk, rice with fried vegetables, noodles with fried vegetables and nice sauce, fried onions/potato/sweet potato, fried and nicely seasoned tofu, traditional taro buns, and a nice salad bar.
The rooms were spacious and the bathroom had a nice tub with a window with a view of the TV.
There were grocery shops nearby.
