The room was much better than I had imagined, especially for this price. The entrance area of the hotel seemed a little disorganized, but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this for most travellers. The hotel was also close to a night market and a few convenience stores too

Transport: nearest mrt is Xinyi elementary school which is about 15 mins walk away for us with kids along. We enjoyed the walk anyway since we could see local stalls or shops selling yummy local food and snacks. Uber can be easily booked from mobile app too. So the distance from hotel to mrt wasn't an issue for us. We could book Uber easily and picked us up from hotel. Breakfast: Average for us. You will have what you need basically. We stayed for 6 nights and the variety was about the same everyday. But we like the coffee for sure👍 Cleanliness: Howard isn't a new hotel anyway hence certain facilities or equipment in rooms perhaps need more refurbishment. Overall still fine in our opinion. Room facility: We had the family suite room and I love the beds due to their sizes. Such bed size was just right for a family with 3 large size guys and I do not need to be kicked out of bed😅 Decor: The paintings and mirror with the word "家” located at the floor actually accentuate the atmosphere. I appreciate the wide range of paintings which show plenty of art techniques. Good to have for sure👌
