Good value for a hot spring hotel in Beitou. The in-room hot springs were the best way to relax after long and physically tiring days. AC was great too. Staff service went above and beyond. We had an incredible amount of baggage - over 60kg in boxes and suitcases being transported back and forth, staff were helpful in arranging transport, storage, and organizing items between the ground floor cloakroom and personal items in the upstairs rooms.

1. Good location - within 3 minutes walking distance from MRT Xinbeitou Station Exit 1. There are convenient stores, fast food restaurants (McD, KFC) and business area near the resort.
2. I got free room upgrade! Sauna and private hot bath tub are provided in my room. Bathroom and toilet are separated in the room. Room is huge enough and Japanese style toilet bowl.
3. Facilities are in good condition. I like the shampoo and body wash provided. Welcome cookies are provided in room.

5. There are 3 hot spring pools in the public bath area - Cold tub (18C - 19C), Jacuzzi bath (38C - 39C) and hot tub (42C - 43C). Bath areas and storage are provided in the public bath area. After the taking the onsen, you can enjoy tea time and drinks provided by the resort.
6. Good breakfast and it was nice.
7. The hotel is near to few attractions - Public Library, Beitou Hot Spring Museum, etc (However, Thermal Valley is a little bit far from the hotel)
8. Overall good! Highly recommend you to spend most of your time here to enjoy to the fullest possible.
