The interior design was very charming and colorful. The family theme room was especially nice and the kids loved the train bed. The room is very spacious and the complimentary cup noodles and drinks were a nice feature. The location is very convenient for sightseeing.

Room was not too small (20m2) for a family of 3 - inflatable bed for our 5 year old fit perfectly beside the normal bed and still space for luggage and walking.

So, this was a trip for CNY when Kaohsiung is busy and it can be tricky to find a decent room. The price is high, but we had stayed last year and thought it was worthwhile.
In terms of advantages this time, the beds are comfortable, there is a bath and separate shower, there is ample storage and a living room with 4 armchairs and a coffee table. The room is a good size and the living room was one of the main reasons for staying.
The staff are friendly, responsive and speak English well. The hotel is a short walk from the cultural centre, which has some places to eat nearby.
