I went by train and was pleasantly surprised how close it is to the train station.
The check in process was quick and easy. Staff were super friendly, forthcoming with useful information, and tiredlessly answered all my questions.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated to give off a relaxing vibe. I particularly liked the fact it has a dinning area so I can enjoy drinks and my late night supper.
Coming back to this place at the end of the day felt like coming home, welcomed by staff and chatting with them about my day, it just felt nice.
Aside from the cafe in the same building, there are convenient stores, breakfast places, and lots of other places to eat nearby.

Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They gave us tips on local tours and places to visit. The free shuttle service that the hotel offers was very handy and professional. The location was brilliant - we had a marvellous view of the sea from our bedroom and went for walks along the beach. It was very restful. Would Def recommend to anyone doing a trip in Hualien or the region around.
