The hotel was very very very very very poor in service and everything else. The bath towels were not even white. I had to ask for a washcloth which was not given until 4th day. When I informed front desk about situation the female worker wanted to tell me otherwise. One of the room did not have a working safe nor did the door to the room function correctly. No engineering or anyone tried to fix situation. It was very disappointing. No room cleaning one a day requested. We daily had to refresh keys due to not having it programmed correctly. Female workers always said it will work but had to return to front desk. The bathroom shower head is falling apart and no one came to see about it. Workers hang in the hotel as if they are at their friends home. Workers sat around in the lobby and hardly wore a uniforms so I did not even know who I was speaking with when asking questions. No safety latch on door. The room had hole above that needed to it patched. The towels were all old looking and need to be used by pets. Stains, stains, stains. This was the worse worse worse worse hotel I ever stayed in. I would not even recommend.
