Very familiar and comfortable. The rooms are a little bit small but we had everything we needed. Turkish breakfast was amazing and the personal were very helpful. Also it is near the center and the beach with a lot of places to eat nearby. We will repeat for sure! 😃

Staff support and comfort level was awesome. I had no electrical plugs that fits in the facility but counter staff provided me gladly and it saved the life of my cell phone.

The room where I stayed made me feel like I was in my own home (I chose the Nur room). Very neat and spacious. Not to mention the view from the room, impressed me enormously.
If you are a person who likes quiet, this is the perfect place for you. If you have a laptop with you, I suggest you sit outside on the patio and watch a movie with your partner. One of my favourite memories. ♥️
About staff THE BEST. The food was very delicious.

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Great place for a calm trip. Best location on the river at the end of all the hotels, so you can also take a boat trip/pedalo down the quieter side of the river with very few boats - very peaceful. We had the room with the private hammam and it was really worth it - so relaxing. Food was great - worth getting half board if you plan on spending time at the hotel.
The hotel is nice but the staff is horrible starting from the manager, just try to avoid such hotels! another hotel close to this one is called Mints, ten times better!
