The breakfast served was descent. It included all the type of foods my family and I had expected. For me, the demlik tea was the king of the breakfast buffet 👍. The place is very family friendly, clean, and quiet. It's a nice place to relax and enjoy for someone who just wants to relax and stay away from city hustle and bustle. We were looking for a 3 bedroom apartment/ suite with a nice view and wheelchair accessible, and the suites exceeded our expectations.

- Cleaning staff were lovely & did a great job - even though we spoke little Turkish
- Staff very helpful - arranged us an airport taxi for our return to UK with little notice when became apparent local taxis couldn’t find a large enough vehicle for our party (despite originally saying would be fine). Hotel management reorganised work schedules to free up one of their own staff - who had already provided us with a transfer to the beach earlier in the week - in order to take us to the airport. Spotless, large people carrier arrived on time early in morning for entirely stress-free drop off to Istanbul airport which we were very grateful for!

Сool little town with friendly people, different restaurants and cafes, big and small shops, great food market, marina and promenade by the sea. I recommend for a couple of days, also to visit the thermal springs in the mountains once. Get to Yalova by ferry from Istanbul in 1.5 hours. Everything is cheap and easy.

We don't speak Turkish so we have relied a lot on the kindness of the receptionist. They have been nothing but the best. AZIZA and EMIR went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and all sort of things. Without us asking they actually managed to even negotiate a better price for taxi to go to Istanbul. Quality people, many thanks for everything!
This is a great place. We really liked the hotel and the service. Excellent breakfast and dinner, I really enjoyed it. The massage is very relaxing. I am not completely satisfied with the cleanliness.
In any case, I recommend, this is a very good hotel with good service. I think this is a super place to spend a weekend or just a day to get distracted, swim in the thermal and regular pools, go for a massage and have a delicious meal.
It was one of the best hotel experience for me in Yalova. Room was clean and confortable, breakfast and dinner was delicious. The employees (especially the cute girl Saca, the receptiontionist) convert my ordinary trip to a real relaxing and satisfiying holiday. Thank you very much.
