Ortahisar és un poble tranquil per allotjar-se uns dies i perfecte per visitar Capadòcia si es va amb cotxe de lloguer. L’hotel està perfectament ubicat, té un aparcament gratuït a davant. Les instal·lacions estan molt bé. Té una terrassa amb vistes magnífiques per esmorzar, cada dia hi ha productes diferents i fan unes truites delicioses. El personal és molt agradable. Tenien disponible una habitació de més categoria i ens la van oferir sense cost addicional. Hem estat realment bé.
El lloc és excepcional, un recinte molt especial on et sents de vacances. El personal és molt atent, professional i proper al mateix temps. L'esmorzar és un bufet variat i amb productes de qualitat i hi ha l'opció de sopar. La població en què es troba és bonica i tranquil•la però amb els serveis necessaris per a tenir una òptima estança. En definitiva, recomano molt aquest hotel per qui cerqui quelcom únic.
És un allotjament excel•lent per diversos motius: primer el personal. És un hotel molt familiar, ells i elles són molt atents i ajuden amb qualsevol cosa que puguis necessitar. Els esmorzars són molr rics amb productes variades i de molt bona qualitat. És un allotjament molt calent, cosa que s’agraeix en temperatures d’hivern. A més, molt net, molt silenciós i molt centric.
És un hotel regentar per una família local, tots ells ens va rebre amb molta hospitalitat. Les instal·lacions son totalment noves i molt netes. Hi ha una vista des de les terrasses del poble de Urgup impresionants. Molt recomanable
Vam estar molt agust a l’hotel, l’habitació és espectacular, l’spa també està molt bé ( ens haguès agradat que la piscina fós climatizada ja que vam anar al febrer i al estar freda no la vam poder gaudir)
